More updates are here
We’ve had a great deal of feedback lately regarding Fletcher, it’s good to hear that so many of you are liking it!
We’ve added a few more features to Fletcher, based on some user feedback, along with some other plugins:
Fletcher 1.1.0
With the original shimmer knob, we’ve made the knob also able to go below 0, allowing for “anti-shimmer”, which rolls of the high frequencies, eats away at the signal, and adds lower “undertones”.
We’ve also added a “freeze” button, which just freezes the state of the ballistics smoothing (meaning that you can still do other alterations on it, like the wash processing). The freezing can also be toggled automatically by an external sidechain, sort of like how you can retrigger freezing in Glow.
Frahm 1.3.0
Frahm has had six more “force field algorithms” added to it’s available selection, some of which alter themselves over time based on the particle positions (full documentation can be found on the Knowledge Base) as well as improvements to the interface.
Additionally, Frahm (as well as our other spatial audio plugins Eigen and Transfer) is now able to produce Ambisonic audio output instead of just a stereo/binaural channel set. This means that if you want to use Frahm’s output with external Ambisonic tools, now you can!
Ambisonic encoding is supported on all of our spatial plugins up to the 7th order, and the order can either be specified in the logo menu, or it will automatically decide the order based on the number of available audio channels.
More improvements
Strum now has sidechain support for a few of it’s parameters (like what Fletcher has), and some obscure bugs have been fixed.
Along with Strum, Slice has had a few user experience improvements as well.
Linux support, slowly but surely
A few weeks ago we put up some Linux builds for Codec & Sweep (they can be downloaded by putting in your email the way you usually get them) and we’re working away at getting Linux support working for the other plugins as well.
Along with dealing with Linux support we also have been improving the authentication / security systems on all of our plugins, allowing for a smoother user experience and more consistent support if you run into a problem.
We have our summer sale running still (ending soon though!) for 30% off, use the code ASUMMER26 while you still can!
You can now also upgrade to the full bundle for a discount based on how many plugins you already own. Happy producing!
