1. Introduction

Lese Audio Technologies Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs lese.io (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy covers what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

By using the Site, you’re agreeing to this policy. If you’d rather not, please don’t use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment details. Your actual card information is handled directly by Paddle and never touches our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party partners automatically pick up things like:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages you visited, time spent, and where you came from
  • How you interacted with the Site (clicks, scrolls, purchases)

3. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Site. It uses cookies and similar tracking tech to collect usage data, which Google processes according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads are performing, build advertising audiences, and show relevant ads on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. It may collect your IP address, browser info, and actions you take on the Site.

Meta can combine this with other data they have about you, per Meta’s Privacy Policy.

You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences or opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info.

Paddle (Payment Processing)

We use Paddle as our merchant of record and payment processor. When you buy something, Paddle collects and processes your payment info, billing details, and transaction data. They handle this as an independent data controller, so check out Paddle’s Privacy Policy for the details.

On our end, we keep basic purchase records (email, product, transaction ID, date) for accounting and support purposes.

4. Cookies

We and our partners use cookies and similar tracking tech. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though turning them off may break some parts of the Site:

  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Take your data elsewhere (portability)

To exercise any of these rights, reach out at support@lese.io.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We have your email available in plaintext in our database, and your password is stored as a “hashed” representation of it, meaning that nobody has access to your account’s password but you.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site isn’t intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). If you think we’ve accidentally collected data from a child, let us know and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you’re okay with the updated policy.
